August, 1945, the Second World War races to the end as the Imperial Japanese, the last major Axis power, is days away from being bombed by atomic bombs. In Manchuria however the thin remnants of the Kwantung Army rest uneasy in their bunkers as the Russian Far Eastern Front prepares to launch the final major campaign of WWII.
The 20th GMB is proud to host a high-quality tactical based off of the 1945 campaign Operation August Storm. Coordinated alongside our comrades in the Red Sun Rising, this tactical seeks to recreate the chaos and confusion of one of the last major campaigns of the Second World War.
All appropriate Russian and Japanese impressions are encouraged, but must adhere to authenticity standards established by the 20th GMB and Red Sun Rising.
